Using the Stomydo shower in six simple steps according to Lisa from

1. attaching the Stomydo shower to the tap.
2. Set the tap to the right temperature.
3. Then I take my Stomydo bag off my belly, remove the worst stools if there are any and then I put the ostomy shower against my belly.
4. The tap turns on and I leave the Stomydo shower on my stoma for a few minutes. I find it a very pleasant feeling on my skin. It is a gentle jet what comes out of the ostomy shower.
5. When I am done, I disconnect the ostomy shower from the tap again and let it dry for a while.
6. Then it is easy to store again in the storage bag that comes with it.
