If you have ever worked with me you know that I always talk about how stress influences our lives, our lifestyle choices and especially our food choices. If you ask me stress is the cause of all our health problems🍀

Below is a documentary with dr Joe Dispenza, which proves how stress negatively effects our health and consequently in a poor state of mind we also make poor lifestyle choices. But above all, the movie shows how everything is reversible & how you can overcome any health issue you are dealing with✨

I am happy to announce that I am giving a lecture about “Menstrual Cycle Health with Herbs & Nutrition” at the Festival ZIN Weekend at Lievelinge on 1st June🌺

I will teach how to use phytonutrients & herbs to support the different phases of the Menstrual Cycle. After that, every participant will be able to create her own personal herbal tincture from foraging the fresh herbs that the Lievelinge land has to offer🌿

For the last 3 years I have been attending the Wild Roots Ecotherapy & Herbal Gatherings which have brought so much joy to me, being around plants & learning the healing ways of Nature together in precious circles of women. This year I am going to return the favour and step in as a teacher. I feel grateful to be able to teach about Menstrual Cycle Health with Herbs & Nutrition🌺

HER CLASS
During this interactive workshop you will learn the different phases of the menstrual cycle, from both a Western and Eastern perspective, and the hormonal changes involved with each phase.

We will delve into dietary interventions such as the use of phytonutrients and herbs supporting the different phases of your menstrual cycle health, emphasising on your 4 inner menstrual seasons.

After the learning session you will be able to create you own personal herbal infusion blend or elixir (to be determined) for optimal hormonal balance.

I dedicate this delicious Chocolate Mousse to you lovely ladies! Not only its nutritious, packed with healthy fats, protein & carbs but it tastes soo good!🤤

👩🏻‍🍳Here is the recipe:

❤️2 cups of cashew soaked for 4 hours
🧡1/2 cup of liquid raw honey
💛1/3 cup of raw cacao powder
💚1 Tbsp of melted coconut oil
💙Pinch of salt
💜1/2 cup of water

Place all ingredients in the blender & blend until smooth. Pour Into glass container servings and that’s its!👌

We have passed a whole week into 2021. How are things going for you?⁣

During the last week I have seen a lot of talk on social media about the New Year - New You, New Year’s Resolution, 2021 being Your Year and the list is endless..⁣

💠Truth be told:⁣

⭐️1st January of any New Year does not make a New You - it’s you who defines who you are going to be regardless of the date in the calendar. You can makes changes even on the 10th of March or September😉⁣

⭐️Just because 2020 is over does not mean that the stress is over. It is ok to feel all that you feel. Give yourself permission to let your feelings out.⁣

⭐️It is ok if you haven’t set goals for 2021. One of the reason New Year’s Resolution do not work in the long run is because the pressure is very high and everyone is trying to fit into the paradigm of “must set New Year Resolution”. There is nothing that you Must, there is only what you Want.⁣

I personally review my goals on my birthday - in September, this works for me. By all means if the New Year is the perfect time to make changes go for it but if it is creating a lot of stress find something that works for You, instead of battling yourself about “New/Old Year's Resolution”.⁣
