Stop complaining and start hydrating 💦

‼️Ice is not friendly to be honest as anything disrupts our gut. survives on a warm environment - BUT if you live in extreme summer temperatures around you then there are exceptions ✌️

I am using these survival fruit ice cubes to add into my drinking water. It could also be added into:
• Sparkling water
• Coconut water
• Sprites
