My current top 3 regular ❤️

Why are these approved?

1. They are warm & moist - really important quality for a meal. Hard & dry meals make our environment stagnant & tend to bloat the system

2. Simple ingredients, nothing complicated - we need something to give us that morning energy and not keep us FULL/HEAVY

3. Easy to digest - light meals in the morning help to keep the digestive pathways strong

Now let me emphasize that weight loss is a journey - not magic! So even if these help in they also need regularity and consistency from your side.

Is a burger UNHEALTHY? Swipe to know the answer 🩺

Recipe - makes 3 large patties ⬇️
1. Boil 400g fresh black beans
2. Mash it together with handful chopped coriander, 1 chopped tomato, 3 tbsp oats, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp sweet paprika & salt
2. In a pan with 3 tbsp cooking coconut oil - stir fry the patties till golden brown on both sides

For toppings 👇
• Sliced tomato
• Pickled jalapeño
• Cheese
• Rocket leaves
• Truffle mayo

Every meal is a - even 🫚

Oh, they were delicious - I wish I could share them with you ❤️ Ginger Peanut Yakisoba 💁🏽‍♀️

A simple 15 minute recipe ⬇️
1. Boil the noodles & set aside
2. In a pan with 3 tbsp sesame oil - sauté handful grated ginger, chopped bok choy, thin carrot strips & cubed tofu pieces
3. Add in 1 tsp gochujang paste, 3 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp peanut butter and mix well with the veggies
4. Add in the noodles
5. Serve & top up with sesame seeds and roasted peanuts

I accompanied it with tofu tikka masala 🤤 What goes through your eyes gets in your heart - I felt it for this meal 🍽️
