With great joy and pride, we welcome Maryjane Roluna, our newly initiated Mang Hihilot — a Filipina practitioner carrying the wisdom and healing traditions of Filipino Hilot. 🇵🇭🌿

Today is a special moment for us as we celebrate having our first full-blooded Filipina Hilot practitioner trained and initiated through our tradition.

Here in the Netherlands and across Europe, we have had the privilege of sharing the ancient arts of Hilot and Filipino spiritual healing with students from diverse backgrounds — including many Filipinos of mixed heritage and practitioners from different nationalities. 🌍✨

Maryjane now joins this growing circle of practitioners, carrying these traditions forward with dedication, respect, and heart.

Eating healthy food, exercising, meditating, exploring psychedelic journeys, sound healing, massage, and therapy can all be powerful ways to support our health and wellbeing.

Greetings, brothers & sisters.

After some time, we are opening the circle again.

On November 13–14, 2026, I will be sharing a two-day intimate immersion into the traditional Filipino healing art of Hilot, limited to 6 participants.

Hilot is more than massage. It is an ancestral healing tradition rooted in relationship — with the body, nature, energy, spirit, and community.

During these two days, we will explore the philosophy and traditions of Hilot, Filipino animistic culture, the ways of the Parabulong and Babaylan, energy awareness, cleansing, healing, blessing and protection practices, and the deeper wisdom carried through generations.

This is not simply a workshop where we collect techniques.

It is an invitation to experience, remember, explore, and reconnect.

A small circle.
Two days of learning and practice.
Space for questions, reflection, and direct experience.
And perhaps, for some, a deeper connection with their own roots and healing path. 🌿

After Hilot works today i walked along the river near by, and i found these mom and her child calmly enjoying their vegetable.
And i learned that they are not the beavers they are “ Nutria” they are so calm and peaceful.❤️🌍🙂
