🌙 As one season fades and another begins, we too are invited to shift, release, and realign.

The changing of the seasons is not only something we see in nature — we can feel it within ourselves. Our bodies adjust, our emotions may rise to the surface, and our minds can sometimes feel caught between old and new energies. 🌿

This is a beautiful time to slow down, listen inward, and honour what your body, mind, and spirit are asking for.

To support your journey through this seasonal transition, we invite you to explore some of our traditional and ritual products:

🐉 Bakunawa Oil — Dragon Oil
A powerful traditional oil used for soothing tired muscles and headaches, as well as in personal cleansing and energy-clearing practices.

🫚 Luya Tincture — Ginger Tincture
A traditional herbal blend of ginger and other powerful plants, created to support your inner wellbeing and accompany your daily wellness rituals.

🌬️ Pausok — Loose Incense
Let the smoke rise, carrying your intentions with it. A beautiful companion for cleansing your space, meditation, prayer, or simply creating a sacred atmosphere.

🔥 Ritual Incense
Explore our Pulot Gata (Honeymoon Incense) and Protection Incense, each prepared for different intentions and spiritual practices.

✨ The season changes. Energy moves. We move with it.

Stay connected with us for more stories, knowledge, and guidance about our products and traditional practices.

For inquiries, please call or message us at +31 6 87727472.

Walk gently. Stay warm. Protect your energy. Listen to your spirit. And when the journey feels heavy, have the courage to ask for support.

Keep breathing, brothers and sisters.
The path continues. 🌙

✨ Hello, Brothers and Sisters ✨

We are honoured to now bring our Filipino shamanic healing arts beyond the Netherlands, and closer to you.

If you feel called to experience our work but cannot travel to visit us, we can come to you — particularly across the European Union.

Through Hilot healing massage, shamanic vitality work, and traditional healing rituals, we create a sacred space for you to slow down, reconnect, and journey inward.

Our sessions are available for both individuals and groups, offering a natural, grounded approach to healing and wellbeing — without the use of psychedelic plant medicines.

Together with Marina of , we weave the wisdom of our Filipino traditions with the forces of nature, ancestral knowledge, and the subtle magic of the universe.

These are not simply sessions, but invitations to return to yourself — to the quiet place within where the mind can soften, the body can release, and stillness can be remembered.

If you feel the calling, we would be honoured to meet you where you are. 🌿✨

The Eclipse Within

In Filipino tradition, one of the most powerful stories connected to an eclipse is the story of the Bakunawa and Minokawa a great serpents or dragons said to rise from the sea or the underworld.

In a Visayan telling the ( Bakunawa )in Bagobo the Minokawa. The dragons Sun and Moon eaters.

When the eclipse came, the people believed the Bakunawa, Minokawa had returned.

They beat the drums.
They struck their pots and pans.
They shouted, played music, prayed, and called into the darkness.

They believed they were driving the creature away.

But the ancient ritual held another meaning.

The sound was not only a weapon against the dragon.

It was a doorway inward.

The drum awakened the body.
The music moved through the blood.
The prayer opened the heart.
The breath brought awareness back to the present moment.

The ritual became a way of aligning the forces within us—the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine, the receptive and the active, the darkness and the light, meeting within the field of creation.

Today, most people watch an eclipse from the outside.

They look toward the sky.
They photograph the darkness.
They wait for the light to return.

But the deeper ceremony is happening within.

The eclipse gives us a rare invitation: to turn inward and witness what is being revealed in the darkness.

This is where we meet our own Bakunawa.

Not as a monster to destroy, but as an ancient force waiting to transform.

The dragon carries what we have forgotten.
It guards what we have not yet understood.
And when we stop fighting it, we begin to see what lies beneath it.

The eclipse is not only the moment the light disappears.

It is the moment we remember where the light lives.

Within us.

And when the darkness passes, we do not return as the same person who entered it.

We remember who we are.

🌿 HOW DO YOU KNOW IF HILOT IS AUTHENTIC? 🌿

Is it the way the hands move?
The strokes?
The techniques?
Or… is there something much deeper?

In the Philippines, there are 110 Indigenous groups or tribes, each carrying their own lineages, traditions, wisdom, and ways of practicing Hilot.

So authenticity cannot simply be judged by what we see from the outside.

Because Hilot is not just massage.

It is a ritual-based healing tradition, deeply connected to lineage, intention, relationship, and the experience of the person receiving it.

And what about pain?

Some people say, “If Hilot is painful, then it must be authentic.”

Not necessarily.

Hilot can work deeply through the body — but pain is not the goal.

The goal is to invite the body into healing, release, balance, vitality, and transformation. 🌿

Every lineage has its own methods, approaches, language, and wisdom.

And perhaps this is what makes Hilot so fascinating…

There is much more to Hilot than what the eyes can see.

✨ Want to discover more?

Join us for our upcoming USAPANG HILOT SUNDAY — ( Podcast ) where we open conversations about the stories, wisdom, traditions, Q&A, and knowledge behind Filipino Hilot.

From Parabulong, Albularyo, and Babaylan lineages…

🌿 More than a treatment.
More than a technique.
A living tradition.

Stay tuned. 🙏🙂
