🌷 Why most of our dentists are so happy living and working outside of Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht 🌳

More affordable housing, shorter commutes, more space and a better work-life balance — there are plenty of reasons to discover what the rest of the Netherlands has to offer. 🦷🇳🇱

And with strong demand for dentists in many regions, it could be the perfect place to start your new career and your new life.

Think beyond the Randstad (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht and everything in between). Your future might be waiting elsewhere. ✨

Hi, my name is Hans Klaassen, and I am an Account Manager at Care Force + Trabajar en Holanda.

For over 18 years, I have been working in medical recruitment, with a strong focus on connecting talented healthcare professionals with the right opportunities. My passions are travelling, exploring different cultures, and bringing people together.

Besides my role as an Account Manager, I am also a certified professional coach. I use my coaching skills in the conversations I have with candidates before they start their new careers in the Netherlands.

Together with our team, we prepare international candidates for a successful career in the Netherlands and support dental practices in finding talented new dentists who are motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to make a positive contribution.

Our goal is to create a true win-win situation: happy dental practices and happy candidates building a successful future together.

🐾 Some of the best moments happen outside of work. 💚

Anne, our Head of Recruitment, comments: Last week I had the pleasure of showing Sabine, our Language Coordinator, and her family around the animal shelter where I volunteer here in the beautiful Western Algarve. ☀️

This little piece of paradise is home to 13 rescued donkeys 🫏 and up to 30 abandoned dogs 🐶, all cared for by an incredible team of volunteers until the dogs find their forever families. Every animal has its own story, and every adoption is a chance for a fresh start. ❤️

It was special to share a place that means so much to me with a colleague and friend. Moments like these remind me that the values we bring to work—kindness, compassion, and helping others—don't stop when the working day ends. ✨

If you're in the Western Algarve and thinking about adding a furry friend to your family, please consider adopting. You could change a life... and I promise, they'll change yours too. 🐕🏡💕

💙 Teamwork really does make the dream work! 💙

Every success story starts with people who care—and we're lucky to have an amazing team at Trabajar en Holanda and Care Force.

From our recruiters finding talented dentists, to our language coordinator and teachers helping them prepare for life in the Netherlands, and our operations and account managers making sure everything runs smoothly... everyone plays a part. 🙌

Together, we're helping foreign dentists take the next big step in their careers and start an exciting new chapter in the Netherlands. 🇳🇱🦷

We couldn't do it without every single member of the team. Here's to working together, supporting each other, and changing lives—one dentist at a time. ❤️
