Hi, my name is Hans Klaassen, and I am an Account Manager at Care Force + Trabajar en Holanda.

For over 18 years, I have been working in medical recruitment, with a strong focus on connecting talented healthcare professionals with the right opportunities. My passions are travelling, exploring different cultures, and bringing people together.

🐾 Some of the best moments happen outside of work. 💚

Anne, our Head of Recruitment, comments: Last week I had the pleasure of showing Sabine, our Language Coordinator, and her family around the animal shelter where I volunteer here in the beautiful Western Algarve. ☀️

This little piece of paradise is home to 13 rescued donkeys 🫏 and up to 30 abandoned dogs 🐶, all cared for by an incredible team of volunteers until the dogs find their forever families. Every animal has its own story, and every adoption is a chance for a fresh start. ❤️

It was special to share a place that means so much to me with a colleague and friend. Moments like these remind me that the values we bring to work—kindness, compassion, and helping others—don't stop when the working day ends. ✨
