Vandaag vieren we alle vormen van moederschap — moeders, oma’s, bonusmama’s, stiefmama’s, dierenmama’s, vrouwen met een kinderwens en alle vrouwen die iedere dag liefdevol zorgen, ruimte houden, troosten en ondersteunen.

Moeders dragen zoveel onzichtbare magie met zich mee — kracht, zachtheid, intuïtie, bescherming en liefde verweven in de kleine dagelijkse momenten. De soort liefde die de energie van een huis, een gezin en soms zelfs een ziel verandert.

What a beautiful session today 🥰

One thing I love about blending therapies is how each layer supports the next.

Today’s session had hot stones, fascia work, nervous system support, oils diffusing, gentle energy work and metamorphic techniques all woven together. Sounds a lot right?

Not because more is “better”… but because sometimes the body needs different doorways into safety.

The room smelt amazing today too — frankincense, lemon, spearmint and Balance through the hot stones 🌿

What stood out most was how soft the energy felt. Less forcing. Less “trying to release”. More allowing the body to unwind in its own time.

I always find it fascinating how the body tells a story without words. Tight shoulders, holding through the chest, shallow breathing patterns… then slowly softening as the session goes on.

Sometimes the biggest shifts happen in the gentlest moments 💛

Sessions like this remind me why I love this work so much.
