Could clomiphene citrate help with low testosterone?

For men who want to preserve fertility or cannot take testosterone therapy, clomiphene citrate (CC) may be an option.

A recent study found that about 47% of men responded well to CC within 12 weeks. Lower levels of LH and no history of certain hormone-blocking treatments were linked to a better response.
