I am made this page mainly because when I went vegan/plantbased I found it pretty hard to know what to eat and buy , and it really took me some time to get into the swing of things . I would love to help other people that might be in the same situation , or people who are just curious about this sort of lifestyle and would like to switch a few meals a week with vegan . d for you, I started noticing a difference in the first 3 weeks and it truly just keeps getting better and better. My energy levels are up big time , and my bad skin has totally gone away. After eating this way for 3 months I went to the doctor to get my blood checked (just wanted to check since I had made such a huge change in my diet) and I was told I have very nutritious blood, so the only thing I'm really worried about now are vampires ;) .
