In the rush of daily life, it’s easy to forget the quiet voice within. When we pause and listen, the heart gently guides us—to speak with kindness, to see with compassion, and to act with sincerity.
Let every moment be an expression of love in action.

.dayton Disturbance can be planted, but so can peace. Through Heartfulness, we can choose which seeds we nourish.

When physical, mental, or emotional unrest goes unattended, it often reaches beyond the individual. It can ripple through families, shape relationships, and over time become patterns of resentment that last for generations.

Many larger conflicts begin in smaller places, in homes, communities, and hearts left unsettled. What starts close can spread far.

The beautiful truth is that each of us can help change that pattern.

Each moment offers a choice. We can feed disturbance, or we can sow the seeds of peace within ourselves and allow that peace to extend outward into the world.

Repost from

When the heart opens, the ego steps aside. 💜
Taking a moment today to trade noise for receptivity and let the heart lead the way. There’s a certain kind of strength that only comes from silence.

“Non-violence has been an aspiration of many wise people from all cultures for thousands of years, and still we have not mastered it collectively. What would a world look like where there is no violence? Most people will agree that it would be such a beautiful vision.

The question is: How do we arrive at that stage? And is it even feasible in today’s uncertain times? In fact, it is precisely during such unstable, uncertain times that it is important to cultivate the habit of non-violence, in order to build a better future for our children, grandchildren, and all other living beings. And it all starts with inner peace.”

Join us on Sunday, 14th June at the historic Church House, Westminster, London, as we celebrate the International Day of Yoga with the theme “Inner Peace, Global Harmony.” Register via the link in bio. We look forward to welcoming you.

What is meditation actually?

Meditation, or dhyana, isn’t just about stopping thoughts. It’s about connecting with a deeper part of ourselves.

Dhyana leads to wisdom and clarity. Through meditation, we move beyond the noise of the mind and settle into the calm within.

It’s a simple yet active journey from thinking to feeling, from the mind to the heart.

“Balance doesn’t involve straight lines.” 🌊🪨✨

Even the strongest stones are shaped by waves over time. So give yourself permission to grow slowly, rest deeply, and trust your journey without needing everything to look perfect. 🌿

Choose peace over pressure.
Choose presence over perfection.✨

Power can be taken. Possessions can be lost. Status and titles may change with time. But the one who has learned to govern their thoughts, emotions, and inner world carries a strength that cannot be removed.

Heartfulness meditation makes us experience that it is not about controlling what is outside us, it is important to master what is within.

“The best gift you can give to the Universe is your transformed self.” — Daaji ✨🌌

Every moment spent becoming more aware, more compassionate, and more connected to your heart creates ripples far beyond what you can see. When you transform within, the world around you begins to transform too. 💙

Yama, and Niyama, the first two steps of Ashtanga yoga include the dos and don’ts of lifestyle. Yama is the dissolution of undesirable aspects of one’s nature. Niyama includes noble qualities to be cultivated.

Yama and Niyama give us direction on thoughts, actions, behavior, and character. Take a few moments, introspect and tell us in the comments what qualities or attitudes can you drop, and what can you inculcate or pick up, in your life and lifestyle to make it better, beautiful and progressive!
