I'm so excited to share that I'm launching a new podcast:
The Temple of Fire.
This is a space for truthful, heartfelt conversations about deep inner work, transformation, and what it really means to heal — and to bring that healing back out into the world.
For the very first episode, I sat down with someone I've had the privilege of taking several trauma-informed plant medicine facilitation trainings with over the last five years: Atira Tan.
Atira is a somatic trauma specialist who has spent over two decades helping people find their way back into their bodies after trauma — through her academic training, her own hard-won personal healing, and years of work in trauma-informed psychedelic care.
We go deep.
Her upbringing and personal story.
Her first psychedelic experience. Time spent doing dieta in the jungles of Peru. Why "trauma-informed" needs to be a lived practice, not just a buzzword — and why psychedelics can just as easily amplify our shadows as they can heal us.
It's a raw, honest conversation, and I couldn't think of a better way to open this space.
