It takes an evolutionary based perspective on issues relating to the physiological and proprioceptive makeup of our body and the way these features direct our performative mindset. As an anthropologist specializing in sporting practice and embodied experience, my aim is holistic, critical and simple: Eliminate the agents of disease and destructive thought from your life, get active, socialize and think longevity.
