👉 Doctor says stay,but patient decides to go

DAMA=(Discharge Against Medical Advice)
👉 Similar to LAMA
👉 But here, the patient signs a discharge form and takes responsibility

DOPR=(Discharge On Patient Request)
👉 Patient is stable
👉 Leaves the hospital on their own request
👉 Doctor usually agrees - low risk

REFER
👉 When the hospital doesn't have required facilities
👉 Patient is sent to another hospital for better care
👉 Example : ICU, Specialist, Surgery
