Important Notice Regarding Registered Doctors

This notice is issued to inform all doctors registered with the Nepal Medical Council and holding the NMC Registration Certificate.

It has been found that some doctors who are not currently working in hospitals or clinics are still using the name and certificate of health institutions to publish advertisements and information in newspapers and other media. Such activities may mislead the public and create professional and legal complications in the future.

Therefore, doctors who are not currently working in any health institution are requested not to use the name of any hospital or clinic in advertisements, signboards, or professional materials unless officially affiliated.

If any doctor is found using the name of a health institution without proper affiliation, necessary action will be taken according to rules.

This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
