𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:
• Supervise daily operations of the Claims Department and guide administrative staff.
• Review and verify OPD and IPD medical claims, diagnoses, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to Social Security Fund (SSF) and Health Insurance Board (HIB) guidelines.
• Monitor claim approval and rejection statuses and conduct routine post-discharge audits.
• Verify medical coding and patient records to eliminate claim discrepancies.
• Coordinate closely with billing, medical records, and hospital finance departments.
𝑬𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑪𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒂:
• MBBS degree (or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• Valid registration certificate with the Nepal Medical Council (NMC).
• Completion of compulsory 1-year internship.
• Knowledge of SSF and HIB claim procedures, audit mechanisms, and hospital operations.
• Strong computer, analytical, and cross-departmental communication skills.
