"Cirrhosis ka diagnosis sunte hi zyadatar pariwar seedha transplant ke baare mein sochne lagte hain. Lekin sach yeh hai — har cirrhosis patient ko transplant ki zaroorat nahi hoti.

Compensated cirrhosis mein liver damaged hone ke baad bhi kaam kar raha hota hai. Yahan sahi ilaaj hai — cause ko rokna aur monitoring.

Transplant ki baat tab shuru hoti hai jab decompensation ke signs aate hain:
• Pet mein paani
• Khoon ki ulti
• Confusion ya behoshi
• Jaundice jo theek nahi ho raha

In mein se ek bhi ho — evaluation shuru kar dijiye. Sabse badi galti hoti hai aakhri waqt tak intezaar karna, kyunki tab tak patient surgery ke liye fit nahi rehta.

Hamare ghar mein donor kaun ban sakta hai? -transplant ke faisle ka sabse mushkil sawal.

Basic eligibility yeh hai:
✅ Umar 18–55 saal
✅ Near-relative / family member (yeh kanooni zaroorat hai — THOA)
✅ Compatible blood group
✅ Healthy liver, controlled BMI
✅ Koi serious heart, kidney ya uncontrolled diabetes/BP nahi
✅ CT volumetry par sufficient liver volume

Aur agar family mein koi blood-group match nahi karta? Tab bhi raasta band nahi hota — ABO-incompatible transplant, swap (exchange) transplant, aur deceased donor transplant, teeno legally recognised options hain.

Yeh post sirf shaikshanik jaankari ke liye hai. Har donor ki eligibility detailed medical evaluation ke baad hi tay hoti hai.
