USG recommendations in pregnancy:
Early 6 to 8 weeks (TVS): To confirm viability, gestational age and number of fetuses
11 to 13.6 weeks: For Gross fetal structure and aneuploidy, Nuchal translucency / Nasal Bone scan
18 to 24 weeks: Anomaly scan
28 to 32 weeks: Growth scan and fetal Doppler if indicated
35 to 37 weeks: For estimated fetal weight and maturity, liquor and presentation
