Many women they face issues with gestational diabetes and cases gets too complicated that they have to be In insulin during the time of pregnancy.
For not having gestational diabetes your diet needs modification from the start of your pregnancy so the risk of gestational diabetes is not there. And even if you gestational diabetes it should be controlled with proper diet plan so that the case wont reach of becoming complex and you need insulin. And even after having complex issues then you are coming for a diet plan we still need to get your sugar level in range because it will be risk for both mother and the baby….!!!!
It’s better you plan your diet with a professional dietitian then make it a complex case with negligence….!!!!

Well we all have someone in our extended family with one problem of heart related diseases. And it’s more frequently seen if they are senior citizens.
So plan their diet plan with us.
Many elderly people have their children abroad and home help to help them prepare their food.
But a House help can make food for them but won’t know what to prepare and give. A nurse can care for them feed them but won’t have idea how to prepare a diet plan according to their needs to guide a house help for the menu according to their health conditions. If a diet plan is prepared by professionals followed with instructions of nurse as a medical professional and made by house help or caretaker it shows better results.
If diet plan is there in the kitchen as menu for specific disease prepared by professionals it will help them control their disease issue even if you are directly not there…
So book an appointment… Plan a diet plan for your parents living here and ask them to instruct who ever is delivering the food to your parents or elderly…!!!
