2️⃣ National Identity Card OR NID Application Verification Paper (राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्र सम्बन्धी आवेदन रुजु फारम)
3️⃣ Recent PP size photo (1 copy)
4️⃣ SEE grade-sheet or equivalent
5️⃣ +2 transcript or equivalent
6️⃣ Application fee payment via online portals like eSewa OR Bank voucher (separate for each program)

7️⃣ Recommendation letter(s) for reservation quota

8️⃣ If you studied in a community school from classes 6-10, you must get a recommendation letter from your school and from the education wing of your Rural Municipality (Gaupalika) or Municipality (Nagarpalika).

9️⃣ Equivalence certificate

📢 CEE NOTICE | Government School Verification Certificate (Class 6–10)

🚨 Important Update for CEE Applicants
If you studied in a Government (Community) School from Class 6 to Class 10, you must prepare a Government School Verification Certificate
📝 Required Details
✅ Student's Name & Address
✅ Father's/Mother's Name
✅ EMIS Registration ID
✅ School EMIS Code (SEE)
✅ Name & Address of the school(s) studied in Classes 6–10
✅ Passing year of each class

📌 Verification Process
1️⃣ Download/Print the prescribed form.
2️⃣ Fill in all study details from Class 6 to Class 10.
3️⃣ Get the certificate verified by the Principal of the SEE (Class 10) school with the official school seal.
Note: Even if you studied in different schools, the SEE school should verify the complete record.
4️⃣ Take the certificate to the Education Section of your Municipality/Rural Municipality for verification by the Education Officer/Chief.
5️⃣ Make sure both the School and the Local Government have:
✔ Signature
✔ Name
✔ Designation
✔ Official Seal
⚠️ Missing or unclear signatures/seals may lead to document rejection during CEE verification.
