लडेपछि मुखमा भएको बस्तु घुसेर चोट लाग्नु:- स-साना बालबालिका खेल्दा वा हिँड्दा मुखमा चिज (जस्तै: ब्रश, पेन्सिल, चम्चा) राख्ने गर्छन्।

Main Cause of Hard Palate Injury in Children
Injury from falling with an object in the mouth :-Young children often put objects (such as toothbrushes, pencils, or spoons) in their mouths while playing or walking. If they fall during this time, the object can get pushed into the hard palate and cause injury.
