Something else I’d love to share about my life is one of the things that brings me so much joy. 💖

After teaching Reiki here in the little beach town I call home, I stayed close with several of my students who also live in the community.

Every so often, we come together as Reiki practitioners and invite children from the local community to receive Reiki, completely free of charge.

There is something so beautiful about these gatherings.

The children come in curious, sometimes a little shy, and it’s lovely to watch them relax into the experience and leave with such big smiles. Seeing that happiness is really what makes it so special for me.

And I love what happens when all of us come together, too. There is such a beautiful feeling of connection when a group of Reiki practitioners shares the same intention: to offer love, presence, peaceful energy, and a little bit of light to the next generation.

I truly believe that the energy we bring into our communities matters. When we create spaces rooted in kindness, care, and positive intention, that energy has a way of spreading outward.

These days always leave my heart feeling very full.

To my fellow Reiki practitioners who continue to come together and share this with me, thank you. ✨

It is such a gift to be able to give something we love back to the community that surrounds us.
