We’ve got some movement on the Sweat Test Leaderboard!
A big week in Dunedin at the Caledonian, with 7 athletes tested during the regular Sole Session.
A few new names have cracked the leaderboard, a couple have been bumped off the bottom.
These athletes now know exactly:
✅ How much sweat they lose per hour
✅ How much sodium they lose in their sweat
✅ How many electrolytes they need to replace
✅ How to build a nutrition and hydration plan
Better hydration isn't just about drinking more water. It's about replacing the fluid AND sodium you lose in the given conditions. Get it right and you can maintain performance for longer without fatiguing, improve recovery, keep fuelling on track, and potentially reduce cramping risk.
If you don't know your numbers, you're guessing.
