Come to release tension and renew your energy with Creative Dance, Yoga, Qoya, Community. My page is all about the things I love and offer. It will be based on a foundation of yoga principles and other movement philosophies, music which enriches and compliments the intention, quotes, and the creative expression of dance and choreography. All I have experienced to be at the fore for my life in danc

Dear Friends of Alexandra and surrounds.
🤗Term one begins this Monday 2nd Feb. To receive the 9 week Term fee sign up ASAP. Casuals are welcome.
🤗Aside to this session I am offering Jazz for 8 year olds +, Contemporary Dance for teens and or Adults.
I also offer Qoya - inspired movement for women, movement to remember your essence is wise, wild and free. Benefits for all levels of your being.
