It's been fantastic to reconnect with the One NZ Warriors commercial team recently, and continue building on the work we've done together over the past year.

What stands out most is their strong commitment to investing in their people - recognising that sustainable performance starts with mental fitness, values guided action and a strong foundation of connection across the team.

In today's fast-moving and often unpredictable environment, the ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt, and recover quickly is becoming a critical skill for leadership, wellbeing and sustainable performance - as well as a superpower in our personal lives. It was a priviledge to share the work we are passionate about with such an engaged, interactive group.

A huge thank you to everyone for your courage, openness and commitment to the journey. Looking forward to the conversations and growth still to come.

And a massive shout out to Bridget Lem & Amanda Balcombe - two inspiring, creative, fun & professional woman who are so much fun to work with!

It's that time of year!

I’m excited to share that I’ve signed up for the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride again in 2026 🛵

This event brings together two things I care deeply about - riding Vespas and raising awareness (and funds) for men’s mental health.

It’s also closely aligned with the work I do through my private mental health coaching practice (www.reegeorge.com) and Recalibrate NZ (www.recalibratenz.com), supporting mental fitness/flexibility and wellbeing in our communities.
