Qualified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist who loves the challenge to assist people of all ages on their wellness journey. I completed my studies in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science at Auckland University and Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine qualifications at South Pacific College of Natural Medicine. Trained in science-based natural medicine, I have worked with practitioners throughout New Zealand

with four leading herbal and nutraceutical companies. I have gained a wealth of knowledge in the use of phytotherapy, therapeutic plant oils and nutraceuticals for many conditions, with 27 years of clinical experience. Treatments may include practitioner only nutraceuticals, compounding of therapeutic ingredients to suit the individual, herbal medicine and topical applications alongside dietary and lifestyle advice. Physical therapy with scenar and photobiomodulation (low level laser therapy) are utilised in the clinical setting when required. As an Auckland Naturopath, physical appointments are in West Harbour, Auckland. Alternatively online consultations are available if this is preferable.
