Yes, yes and yes. I have known for sometime our soils are being destroyed.

Make a difference and support organic and spray free farming. We are not getting the nutrients we need nowadays with the mass produced food leading to many health issues.

Yes organic costs more, this I know. But the more we support organic farming the more will available. Or even better grow your own!

Your power is knowing your shadows, loving or just accepting those parts of yourself, and having the ability to choose how you use them in your life.

They can be useful when you know what they are and you can master them.

However many choose to not even look at their shadows and that is when we continue to live our life unconsciously.

It is a practice and not easy at times, but knowing thy self, all of thy self, is empowering and powerful, and funnily enough peaceful.

To truly accept all of who you are, you get to choose how you want to live and play in this life 🦋
