We are looking for a friendly and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Morrow Street Clinic in Newmarket. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week), ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional yet welcoming healthcare environment.

About the Role:
Greeting patients and managing appointments
Answering phone calls and handling patient inquiries
Processing payments and administrative tasks
Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For:
Previous reception or admin experience (healthcare experience preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
Comfortable using computer systems for booking and records
