Just came across these simple instructions regarding plant medicine 💚💚💚💚...
Dry plant material first, powder it. Add 30 grams by weight to your blender with up to a cup of carrier oil. Blend on high till the sides of the blender feels warm. Do this 4-5 times over two days, then strain through a double layer of cheese cloth or coffee filter , you can use it as an oil or melt 2-3 tbsp of beeswax to make a salve. It's WONDERFUL
