Easter and school holidays(NZ) are nearly here. Why not bake some Hot Cross Buns? The Edmonds cook book has a good recipe , and Rawleigh's has the spices required in individual shakers (Cinnamon 40 g, $5:60, Mixed Spice 35 g, $5:60, Nutmeg 40 g, $7:701, and Ginger 40 g, $5:60) or 150 g pouches.
