When it comes to infertility, there are many factors, suggestions, options for medical treatment and complementary modalities. I'd like to specifically shout out a mention to one of the most restorative homeopathic remedies I know and use - Folliculinum.

Made from Oestrone (synthetic form of Oestrogen), I'll consider this homeopathic remedy if your symptoms are centred around the time from ovulation to your next period.

If you have/experience:
Drawing, burning and gripping pains during ovulation
Spotting
Ovarian cysts
Polycystic ovaries and/or:
Painful periods centred in the ovaries
Prolonged and heavy bleeding with bright red blood and dark clots
Various cycle problems e.g. either too short or too long

This could be the homeopathic remedy for you if:
You have undergone multiple infertility treatments, Folliculinum can help restore fertility. It can also help re-start a natural menstrual cycle after years of the pill and excess hormones as a result of oestrogen dominance.

2024 and still no pregnancy?

Sometimes it can just be a matter of finding out if you are having ovulatory cycles, you are producing healthy/fertile cervical mucus and your luteal length (the second half of your menstrual cycle) is of an optimal length.

Join myself and my passionate HypnoBirthing Educator, Julie Baldwin, as we take you through the massive benefits HypnoBirthing has to offer you, your birthing partner or your support team.

In our seminar, we will discuss how we help to eliminate FEAR, discuss the FEAR-TENSION-PAIN cycle which often leads to FAILURE-TO-PROGRESS (FTP) in labour. How understanding all aspects of physiological birth coupled with relaxation and breathing techniques sets you up for a less traumatic birth experience.

Our own HypnoBirthing feedback shows us that those who attended our course in its entirety were initially very fearful at the beginning to very confident and excited about their birth once they had learnt the tools to put into practice. Feedback from our classes also reveal that people/couples are extremely satisfied with stories about their birth being calm, blissful and incredibly empowering.

Many Doulas and Midwives have attended a 1 or 2 day workshop (myself included) and have the tools and skills to help you during your labour and birth - for example using the Three Principles.

LATEST BLOG! The use of Natural Fertility methods are widely misunderstood and often forgotten about as a method of contraception. With success rates varying (typical use and perfect use), a vague understanding of our own reproductive physiology, the use of apps and a self-taught approach... it's no wonder we dismiss any ideas of using a natural fertility method!

Heading into Perimenopause - we hit the phase in life where it may no longer be deemed safe to use hormonal contraception such as the OCP, copper IUD's may cause heavy bleeding, the Mirena IUD needs to be replaced... what other options do we have? You are now somewhere in-between rapidly declining fertility but potentially still fertile. Can you use Natural Fertility? Is it even an option at this time in your life?
