No strength or flexibility required; perfect for a gentle, introspective, and soothing start to your long weekend.

Be greeted with a hot cup of cacao, or tea (from Tea Total), then guided through a Restorative Yoga session with Luisa.

Stu will be sharing his latest Live Sound Journey experience; a variety of organic soundscapes, pre-recorded loops, live guitar and piano, among other instrumentation!
