Let's ease back into I said 🤣.... Amped 50 is not for the faint hearted. Tonight the girls and myself absolutely smashed it. Massive shout out to and the burn was on. Thank you so much for the tautoko, but also the mahi.

We locked in completely unprepared, but you both killed the workout. Happy 1 year to you both, hope recovery isn't too much for yous. That's me e nga iwi, hope you all had a wonderful day. Until next time, PEACE ✌️

Water challenge Day 1 restarting

Kia Ora e nga iwi, so we ended up getting quite sick with nasty colds. We are on the mend but cough is still lingering. This usually happens when we star getting back into things so I was somewhat prepared.

With that said, I am motivated and ready to get things moving again. We are indulging in one more rest day with the intention of getting back into routine.

I am hoping my daughter will have energy to engage in some type of body movement today. Even a slow walk in fresh air would be better than nothing.

As for mahi, I return back apopo which I am excited to get back into face to face mahi with other humans. As much as I love my babies some adult conversations would be nice. That's us for now whānau, until next time PEACE ✌️.

Its not perfect but proud of us, and as always such a laugh with my daughter. As each day goes by the more motivated I'm feeling. Highly recommend picking up a rope whānau its so much fun and definately feel the burn.
