Snippets from our Postural Strength Group Class.
This class brings together postural strength, skilled movement, joint control, creating space through the body, and improving range through the joints and spine.
We move through osteo-articular warm-ups, CARS, lift-offs, postural strengthening, global postural stretching, and ELDOA — layering different pieces of the work together to build strength, control, awareness, and better support through the body.
These are doing classes, so we keep moving and work through the patterns together. Best suited to current or past clients, or those already familiar with the work, rather than complete beginners learning the patterns for the first time.
Classes run in 10-week blocks from Posturefit Studio.
