Energy work has been a life-long calling for me and more recently with my Reiki Masters amplifying the healing practise so many people were asking for.

I am so blessed to have this business as my life’s work, meeting so many incredible people that have walked in my clinic.
I’ve learned health and energy maintenance are so very important - we all need consistent body resets from time to time from our daily challenges and general life exposures.

At LIFE Force Energy we can cover most of the North Island with remote sessions or if you prefer in-person appointments we are now based in Auckland.

A brand new day Cindy Ann - I show up today for my son 💙🦋

Today is an extremely special day💕
37 years ago I gave birth to this gorgeous loving heart, free spirited being Michael John ♥️

My heart and soul are filled with emotion today of gratitude, love, compassion and forgiveness.

I haven’t seen my son for about 3 years.
Growing up Michael was full of laughter, love, kindness, curiosity for living a full LIFE.

His love for his family ran deep, wild and strong.
He was and is his own person 💙

As the years pass as they do, situations, circumstances form our way of thinking of the world 🌍 and ourselves.

Addiction is strong in our lineage - hence with being a gorgeous crystal blue eyed,young man and charismatic - he wanted it all - and was open to everything, and he went for it.

Along the way the addiction of alcohol and later on drugs presented themselves.

On reflection today as I sat and wrote in my gratitude diary, the tears streamed down my face for Micheal, my heart ♥️ so filled with love!

I felt anxiety and sadness as Michael said he had always experienced anxiety his whole life.
I realised I had anxiety attacks when I carried him.

One of those wtf moments of my gosh. I feel it - i see it - I get it.
Blessings my son, with addiction and anxiety in the mix.
I myself felt his pain along with my pain.

These past couple of years kinda kicked me to the curb - sitting on the sidelines, asking what next, where to Cindy?

I have felt shame and blame for where Michael is today, and honestly I don’t know where he is?
I do know he is experiencing living his life’s journey here.

I post this today with a vulnerable open heart ♥️ showing up for my son Micheal and asking for help, for this gorgeous young man to find his way back to Michael, the beautiful soul that he is.

My heart is sincerely grateful and thankful for any of your prayers and blessings not only for my son Michael, but for all of us who are navigating our way through this way of LIFE 🦋

There is always some form of healing ❤️‍🩹 happening somewhere with someone, situations and circumstances 🦋

Our beautiful Jocelyn who had a vision many years ago, works diligently and passionately to source and provide us all with the best quality Organic produce, organic sauces, drinks, nuts, including health and beauty locally made and displayed items.

🌺Our lovely Magnesium Chakra Roll Ons and Manuka- Kawakawa healing balms and so many more Organic creams, balms, oils and more are well displayed to have an experience of smelling, rubbing, rolling on these made with love ❤️ products x

Organic coffee, snacks, cakes, pies and more are available to sit awhile and enjoy the lovely ambiance of the outdoor covered plant amd garden area as well.

Today is a brand new day filled with magic and miracles when we allow our minds to be free of old patterns…

I wanted to share about authenticity, speaking and walking out of our own fears, and then stepping up and out of them, allowing the balance and flow within.

I love this man 🦋💙 Tony Robbins has been an inspiration in my LiFE since I was a teenager.

Not a lot to say as Tony says it all.

We at LiFE Force Energy as a team and personally live with the ethos of LOVE!
To help each other is what our souls always desire.

Good morning NZ 💕
Cyclone Gabrielle is still circling around NZ.

🙏 We would like to take this time to say thank you to all the service men and women that have been possibly working around the clock looking after us.

The external storms are predicted sometimes and we have time to prepare for them.
And know that this too will pass.

It’s what we do while we ride out the storm, family time, checking in on our neighbours, calling our loved ones to see how they are and if they need anything ♥️

The internal storms that sometimes blind side us, unexpected as LiFE does, this too is a time of reflection.
To go within self and feel through the emotions that have come up.

Nurture yourself, surround yourself and reach out to loved ones and ask for help.
This is time for each of us to make the most of the turmoil and truly be kind amd gentle with self.

😇As we support our loved ones, friends, clients, colleagues, it’s within our loving essence to do this.

What a lovely opportunity with this external storm to allow opportunity for the entire universe to reconnect, reach out, send blessings and love to the world 🌍 that is experiencing earthquakes, fighting, and internal struggles as well.

Always together as we walk alongside everyone we meet, smile and lend a hand, we step up and into a more loving place within.

What a true gift 💝 we give to the collective 🌍🙏
