WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT? It’s really important to make sure that your body is well rested and healthy so that it can easily heal your new piercing.

* Get a goodnight’s sleep and drink lots of water!
* We recommend staying away from alcohol, caffeine and blood thinners the day prior to your appointment.
* Have a substantial meal at

least 3 hours before your appointment. WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT? Don’t forget to bring your photo ID

What kind of identification is acceptable? We accept all forms of Govt. issued photo ID. If you do not have photo ID we require at least 2 pieces of Govt. issued ID

- Birth certificate
- AT ID
- School ID etc

We cannot accept photocopies, emails, or photos of identification. We must have the physical ID directly in front of us.

**ID with Minors**
We do accept school IDs. Your ID must be valid. We do not accept expired IDs. If you’re a parent accompanying a minor, we will require photo ID or two pieces of non-photo ID. *Only the legal parent or guardian may accompany and sign for that minor’s piercing. AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR PIERCINGS

1. Ear Lobes
We pierce children 8+ above for earlobes. They must be able to verbally ask for the piercing and their legal parent/guardian must be present. We do not do tandem earlobe piercings (two piercers).

2. All cartilage piercings, nostril piercings and eyebrow piercings
12+ years old with parental consent
16+ without parental consent.

3. Septum piercings, navel piercings
16+ years old without parental consent.

4. Nipple piercings
18+ without parental consent. DOES IT HURT? The pain is minimal; in fact most clients say it hurts less than they had anticipated. We do everything in our power to make sure the procedure is as comfortable as possible for our clients. DO YOU USE NEEDLES? We use a new single-use needle for every procedure and dispose of the needle immediately after use. CAN YOU NUMB THE AREA? We do not offer numbing and it could cause delays in swelling/healing. Speak with your piercer in regards to the use of topical anesthetics for more information. CAN I BRING MY OWN JEWELLERY? It is against Health Guidelines if we install the jewellery without knowing the quality therefore we will only install and pierce with jewellery purchased from our studio. DO YOU PIERCE INFANTS? We can not accomodate infant clients, thank you for your understanding. We will pierce the earlobes of minors aged 8 and up who can verbally ask for them. HOW MUCH IS THE PIERCING AND DOES IT INCLUDE THE JEWELLERY? Please refer to our price list tab for pricing. All piercings prices included basic stainless steel jewellery. Upgrades to basic titanium start at $20. APPOINTMENTS:
