🖐️ One of the most common questions that floats around about Osteopathy is...... "What IS Osteopathy??" - Often closely followed by "It's 'bones'... right?" 😅
Well, it's an understandable assumption! 'Osteopathy' means 'disease of the bone' in Latin, but Osteopathy is 🌟SO MUCH MORE🌟 than just 'bones' 🙏
Osteopathy is a form of hands-on manual therapy which approaches the body in a holistic manner 🖐️ Osteopaths are dedicated to restoring your body to your optimum state of health, and use a variety of different approaches to achieve this.
Our bodies are a complex unit, where many parts work intricately together to keep us alive and healthy! ❤️Osteopaths understand how all of the different body systems interrelate, and how they can affect each other when things go wrong ⚡ Osteopathy is all about finding the source of the problem, and treating everything involved with *that* 👉 i.e. Not just 'rubbing the sore bit' 😉
Osteopathy is a hands on treatment for a full body solution! 🙌
