Robin has been given a list of Irish names. ☘️
He has been given no preparation. ❌
He has been given no guidance. ❌
He has been given far too much confidence. 🥲

We sincerely apologise in advance to Ireland.

Godspeed. 🙏

If you’ve been putting off dealing with your injury - this is your sign.

Every week you wait, the fix gets a little bigger.
The run you skip. The stairs you now think about. The thing you quietly stopped doing.

It doesn’t have to be like that.

Oisin - now taking new patients at Leaton Performance & Rehab.

Stop managing it.
Start fixing it 💪

“TIl just rest it.”

It feels like the safe, sensible option.

But past the first few days, resting your Achillies often makes it worse:

Rest degrades your tendons’ load capacity because without movement or tension, cells in the tendon (fibroblasts) slow down the creation of new collagen. Resting calms short-term pain, but it leaves the tendon weaker. When you return to normal activity, the lower capacity cannot handle the load, leading to reinjury.

Now you’ve got the original injury AND a body that’s rearranged itself around it.

The fix isn’t more rest.

It’s the right movement, at the right time, in the right order.

That’s the entire job.

And It’s a lot smaller now than it’ll be in six months.

Do this one thing every day, and thank me in a month.

1. One foot in front of the other
2. Hug underneath (hinge at your hips)
3. Feel a pull in your hamstring
4. Rock back and forwards

That’s it.
30 seconds.
No equipment.
No gym.

Works whether you’re rehabbing a [injury] right now, or just don’t want to end up needing to.

Save this so you don’t lose it.

Do it daily.

And if the pain is already here — that’s exactly what Oisin’s for.

You don’t have a tight hamstrings.
You have weak glutes. 🍑

Here’s what’s happening:

Your glutes gave up part of its job.
So your hamstrings picked up the slack — and it’s been tight ever since, screaming for help you keep giving to the wrong muscle.

Stretch your hamstrings all you want.
Until your glutes do their job again, you’re on the treadmill forever.

Fix the weak link → the tightness sorts itself out.

That’s the difference between managing an injury for years and actually being done with it.

Oisin does the second one.

Booking your first physio session shouldn’t feel like a leap into the unknown.

So here’s exactly what happens with Oisin:

1. We actually listen — what happened, and what you want to get back to.
2. Oisin assesses movement, strength, and all the specifics.
3. You leave day one with a plan AND the “why” behind it.

No cold, silent room.
No being handed off to someone else next time.
No printout-and-goodbye.

Just a clear path forward, from minute one.

You stretch it every morning. ☀️
It feels good for an hour.
By lunch, it’s tight again. 😤

Here’s the thing most people miss:

Tightness usually isn’t the problem.
It’s the symptom.

A stiff upper back could be weak posterior muscles from a rounded or slumping posture, upper back fatigue, and neck strain. 🫯

Stretching chases the feeling.
It never touches the cause.

That’s why it’s “back by lunch” — every single day.

Oisin fixes the thing underneath it.

Try this. Right now. Takes 30 seconds.

Bring your leg over your knee, and hug it towards your body.

Felt something? Pain? Tightness? A “that’s not right”?

That’s your body flagging it early.

Here’s the good news:
Caught now, it’s a quick fix.

Left for six months, it’s a project — and it starts changing how you move to avoid it.

Oisin handles exactly this.
