The best Saturday morning gift from Gemma who joined our Beach Camp Crew in February πŸ’•β¬‡οΈβ¬‡οΈ

"Having not done fitness for quite a while, and being someone who dislikes gyms and is a busy working mum, finding somewhere and something that worked for me was a challenge.
It’s nerve wracking getting back into it, but Sarah and the exceptional So Inspired community honestly make it a crazy easy transition stepping back in.
It holds just the right amount of accountability that you want to turn up, and just the right amount of understanding that life just gets in the way sometimes.
Sarah goes out of her way to check in on injuries and how you’re feeling after classes, and gives you modifications if something isn’t working for you.
Being outside and by the water is invigorating and motivating, and the rainy day options make it easy to still turn up.
I am stronger, leaner and happier than I’ve been in a long time.
