No follow-through. Not because you're weak, but because your brain is trying to protect you from the perceived danger of trying and failing.
That's not laziness. That's a Freeze Response — and it's a survival mechanism, not a character flaw.
You don't need a harder grind. You don't need more discipline. You need your nervous system to feel safe enough to move.
This is where self-sabotage hides in plain sight — disguised as procrastination, avoidance, and "I'll start Monday".
