Mind Toolbox

Mind Toolbox I believe that each person is unique. Therefore, I have an individual approach to each person by choosing the most effective technique for solving his issue.

As a trained therapist with 15 years of experience, I have been helping hundreds of people to release psychological traumas, relieve anxiety, panic attacks and phobias, get rid of unwanted habits and lose weight. My passion is to assist people to transform their lives by changing their unhelpful limiting self-beliefs and removing roadblocks on their way to the fulfilling and happy lives. With the

development of Natural Medicine and Neuroscience, there are many safe and effective methods that can heal the emotional pain, psychological traumas and many other issues without side effects. In my Mind Toolbox practice, I use multiple psychotherapeutic modalities such as Advanced Clinical Hypnosis, Emotion Freedom Technique (EFT)-energy healing, Neuro linguistic Programming (NLP), neuroscience based Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT), and Counseling. My aim is to assist a person to resolve his issue permanently, not temporary. Some of the modalities I use are content free. That means that a client does not need to tell me the details. The therapy can take only 3-5 sessions on average to heal the problem, in some simple cases only 1 or 2 sessions. I have a unique set of qualifications and life experience that have enabled me to create Mind Toolbox. I am a WSN Counseling & Coaching L2 Practitioner; a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist http://www.hypnotherapynewzealand.co.nz/; Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT) Registered L1 Practitioner trained in General Psychopathology; Advanced BWRT Practitioner trained in Psychology of Identity and Behavior L2 https://www.bwrt-professionals.com/findapractitioner.php ; The British Brain Working Research Society Founder Member. The Virtual Gastric Band Practitioner.

It’s Not Laziness. It’s a Survival Mechanism
Why am I so lazy even when I know how important my goals are?"
Stop calling it laziness. What you're experiencing runs much deeper than that.
When the stakes of your goals feel too high, your nervous system doesn't see ambition — it sees a threat. So it does what it's designed to do: it shuts you down. No motivation. No movement. No follow-through. Not because you're weak, but because your brain is trying to protect you from the perceived danger of trying and failing.
That's not laziness. That's a Freeze Response — and it's a survival mechanism, not a character flaw.
You don't need a harder grind. You don't need more discipline. You need your nervous system to feel safe enough to move.
This is where self-sabotage hides in plain sight — disguised as procrastination, avoidance, and "I'll start Monday".
Type FREEZE in the comments if you're tired of being stuck. Let's talk about what's really going on. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 below

Is Your Problem 'Big Enough' for Therapy?
Don't wait for a forest fire to put out the spark. Therapy isn't just for a crisis—it’s about building your toolkit before you're exhausted.

Your 'Toxic' Is Just Your 'Familiar‘
"Why do I keep choosing the same toxic people, even when I know better?"
It's not a logic problem. It's a nervous system problem.
If you grew up in chaos, your brain learnt to read chaos as safe. Peace feels suspicious. Stability feels boring. And without realising it, you self-sabotage the healthy relationship or the steady job — just to get back to the turbulence that feels like home.
You aren't attracted to toxic people. You're addicted to the familiarity of the struggle. And until you redefine what "safe" actually feels like, the pattern will keep repeating.

Politeness or Submission? How to Tell the Difference
Are you over-apologising? Constant "sorries" train your brain to stay in a state of submission. Switch to "Thank You" and reclaim your power.

Stop Trying to Prove You Don't Belong
Ever get promoted and suddenly start making more mistakes than ever? That's not clumsiness — that's your self-sabotage talking.
When your self-worth hasn't caught up to your success, your brain sees the gap as a lie. So it quietly works to close it by pulling you back down to where it thinks you belong. Psychologists call it cognitive dissonance. We call it Imposter Sabotage.
You're not breaking down. You're breaking the prize because deep down, you don't believe you should have won it.
Save this for the next time your inner critic tells you that you're a fraud.

The Neurobiology of Survival Mode: Why You Can’t 'Think' Your Way out of Fear
Stop waiting for time to heal you. Your hippocampus is archiving your past as if it’s happening right now. Learn how BWRT can act as a circuit breaker for your survival mode.

You Aren't Afraid of Failing. You’re Afraid of Winning.
Why do I tend to quit when things are finally going well?
You aren’t "lazy", and you aren't "broken". "You're likely just operating on a survival program that was designed to keep you safe—not happy. 🧠✨
Failure feels safe because it’s predictable. Success feels dangerous because it’s unknown.
It's time to stop fighting yourself and start understanding the 'why' behind the pattern.

Why Your 'Productivity' is a Survival Response
At Mind Toolbox, I often see high performers who are biologically exhausted but can't stop moving. We call this the "Productivity Trap". It’s a neurobiological loop where your brain connects your survival to your output. If you are stuck in this cycle, logic alone won't pull you out—you need to retrain the response. Start with 10 minutes for yourself today.

When YOU Change, They Lose Interest Completely.
The goal was never to defeat the bully; it was to become someone so grounded in their worth that the "game" stops being interesting.
When you hold eye contact and enforce your lines, there is no reward for them anymore. They move on because you’ve become untargetable.
This is who you’re becoming.

People-Pleasing Doesn’t Make Them Like You; It Makes You Easier to Control.
When you rush to fix the mood or do more than your share just to avoid tension, you're saying, "I will sacrifice myself to keep you comfortable."
Let there be tension. The world won't end if someone is momentarily annoyed with you.
Stop performing for people who don't deserve the show.
