After a few weeks of being short-staffed, fully booked, and unable to fit many of you in, I’m very pleased to introduce our new massage therapist, Warinda!

Warinda is a qualified massage therapist from Thailand with years of experience, specialising in deep tissue, sports, and traditional Thai massage. Her treatments are genuinely impressive - even in just 20 minutes she relieved shoulder pain I’d been wrestling with for weeks.

She has a strong passion for understanding the human body - how muscles work, how movement affects them, and how pain can be relieved naturally. During her treatments, Warinda incorporates stretching techniques that help improve flexibility, increase joint range of motion, and boost circulation, supporting better mobility and overall physical performance.
