It has been a while since I've posted on here! Mum life has made me step back a bit in regards to workshops and circles, but I'm finally getting a big shove to get back into holding cyclic circles.

This new year on Sunday the 14th of January, I will be facilitating a women's circle, a mini retreat with Saskia Davies from Mi Chi Yoga.

This will be such a nourishing day of breathwork, meditation, yoga nindra release, sharing within a safe space and visioning with a Shamanic drum journey.
