Professional speaker, Author, Chiropractor and Mum to 2 beautiful daughters!

MBS Health & Wellness is my passion project. I am passionate about health and fitness, and passionate about helping others to achieve their goals and dreams. I offer full body health consultations, where we look at your current mental blocks and challenges, physical challenges and goasl, and find a way to navigate through to help you to get to the point where you are the best you that you can be.

I have a background in health & fitness, and am qualified in Sports Science and Chiropractic medicine. I have qualifications in nutrition, and in personal training, and I believe that passing on my knowledge in a way that is tailored to each individual will be life changing.

Vancouver- so warm, so busy, so beautiful!
Whilst the inner city itself leaves alot to be desired the waterfront area is stunning! One thing they do often is small seaplane tours, which we don’t see in Auckland. The seaplanes come in to the docks, like boats. There’s a constant hum from them taking off.
The restaurants seem to be always full even on a Monday! The food is amazing!
I had the best Poke bowl I’ve ever had at Cactus Club Downtown Vancouver
So good!
Got to practise on the stage for the semi finals- met the other semi finalists! Overwhelming!
Roll on Thursday! (Friday NZ time)
Missing my daughters and my family SO much! ###

In what was torrential downpour weather, the Auckland Road race champs took place on Sunday! In a very fast, close finish Summer and her two running friends achieved an outstanding run, with Riley first, Isla second and Summer third! 2026 New Zealand Division International Speech Champion – Toastmasters
Over the weekend I represented the Northern District at the New Zealand Division International Speech competition and I WON!!
This moved me to the International Quarterfinals.
From there if I’m picked I could be representing New Zealand in Canada! To speak at what is the biggest international speech competition world wide!
Cross fingers 🤞🤞🥳 for me!
Thanks to all who have helped on my epic journey!
