Reiki is spiritual energy. It encompasses the realm of pure potential - where anything is possible!

Reiki energy can be described as limitless, expansive and non-judgemental while being powerfully loving, gentle and supportive.

While Distance Reiki sessions are just a short moment in time, the effects of allowing this energy into our life can be likened to a beautiful seed that is planted inside of us. The effects ripple within and around us and it's not uncommon to hear that even many years later, surprising moments of serendipity continue to bless the lives that Reiki has touched.
