• Heart walls: I always check how many non-beneficial heart walls need to be cleared before a session and again at the end of the session. Heart walls can be metres or kilometres wide. We create them to protect ourselves. Over time when the situation or trauma no longer exists, these heart walls become excess baggage. While heart walls protect us, they can also prevent our good coming to us. Hence why we clear non-beneficial heart walls.
• Please note, all healing is done in layers. As the layers heal, you will see the % of the emotions/energies get lower. Like peeling layers off an onion.
• Guide to your Healing Session: Every non-beneficial energy we clear and heal, heals you, those connected to you, your ancestors before you and those still to come. Sessions are guided and your healing can only come from what you are prepared to let go of and what you are willing to change in your life. Not my energies, not my pain, not my suffering, not my burdens to carry.

I started returning energies to their creator on the 7.8.2026. All energies in any form that is not mine.

Of course there was a back lash. A fight back but I've been doing this work for a while now so know what to expect.

Excruciating pains I've been enduring for the past 6yrs and more within mins subsided. On the 1st day, I was pain free for over 4hrs before I felt it niggling back again. I started my affirmations again. Reminding the creator of these pains, these energies that I'll be just as relentless as it has been.

What followed was pain free for a few days. The moment I felt the nigglings again, I jumped back on the affirmations.

Note, I've been doing these affirmations daily regardless.

I start by what I call putting things on the table. Every area of my life where I feel that there are invisible tentacles sucking my life force, denying me the life I desire to live, that is my birth right. Any area of my life I feel is blocked 🚫, where I'm denied anything that is my birth right, I give it a voice and put it on the table.

Yes I also journal everything. What I'm feeling, my emotions, thoughts, memories, experiences, situations, repeat patterns, people that pop into my mind when I'm talking about whatever I want to give a voice to. I also include the time. Yes it matters. Numbers when understood become a map to consciousness.

Purging is part of the cleansing that comes. Includes diarrhea, fever, hayfever symptoms, parts of the body feeling hot where there's energy blocks.

The following is the most updated version of the affirmation I'm using...

Intent to take back my power in all its entirety.

Say,

I don't need to see you but I know I am a threat to you. I am everything you are not. I don't understand who, what or why I am fully YET or why I came here in the physical but I know that everything I am, everything that is me, my birth rights is MINE. And I'm taking it ALL back now.

These burdens are not mine to carry, the pain isn't mine, the suffering isn't mine, the lack isn't mine, being denied, rejected, ignored aren't my energies. The energy blocks in my way is you, ALL YOU. The reasons I can't live the life I want, desire and deserve, these energetic blocks are you. Blocking me from earning my own money, is ALL you. People being threatened, triggered by my light is ALL you. (Name anything else you want in here)

So now in ALL its entirety, every energy you use against me, I now permanently send them all back to you, you its CREATOR, the vampire energies that you are, Soul Essence thieves.

These are YOUR energies, your burdens, your pain, your suffering, your disregard, disrespect, for ME. I send every energy in every form, from and including their roots, that you use against me, right back to you in ALL its entirety, permanently now.

You carry it ALL now for eternity till the end of your existence in your current state of being. This is the divine order, divine judgment of the highest purest infinite divine living light served to you in all its entirety now.

So be it, so it is, DONE.

Not my energies, not my pain, not my suffering, not my burdens to carry.

For over 6yrs I've been experiencing excruciating pain in my body, my head, teeth, gums, jaw, facial bones, spine, both sides or specifically left or right.

I've put it down to ascension symptoms, dark nights of the soul journeys, shadow work, dismantling of 3D and lower energies and any other way I could explain it away.

For years, I've also been guided to follow the patterns of my human and spiritual journeys. But didn't quite connect the dots until this past year.

When you do connect the dots, somehow the information just vanishes from your mind. So I started writing things down. Emotions, feelings, thoughts, memories, experiences, everything I felt when these pains took over my body.

They were not normal pains that pain killers removed. They just masked it long enough to get some sleep. I've been to doctors, specialist, dentists, holistic healers, have had countless scans, x-rays these past 3 years and then some. Even explained it away as menopause.

The pains lasted days, weeks, months and even years.

Majority of the times the patterns were after I did healing sessions. The bombardment of pain. Including purging. Sometimes the purging would last for hours.

Started doing the following on 7.8.2026.

"Not my energies, not my pain, not my suffering, not my burdens to carry any more. This ends now, for me and my loved ones permanently. I return it ALL now to its Creator. Every energy that stands in my way, every energy I'm connected to, bound by and bound to, every energy that stops me from living the life I desire, all that denies me my birth rights, I send every energy in all their forms, from their roots in ALL their entirety permanently to their Creator now. Ending this control over me and ALL that is mine permanently now. So be it, so it is, DONE."

Write it down, say it, over and over. Every time emotions, feelings, thoughts, memories, situations, circumstances, people, energies, overwhelm you, bring you down. Say it and mean it.

Source ➡️ The Holy Trinity (the infinite mind, 1st Thought, Awareness) ➡️ manifest "us", in the myriad of forms that we all come in, in all of creation.

Mostly, this here 👆 is what we are taught. Or is our understanding.

(Today it seems my consciousness, knowing, wants to talk or expand on the understanding we have on where we come from, and the how..... please note this may not be your knowing and that is ok. We receive and understand what we seek when we are ready)

Please bare with me... I will post how it is presented to me. This information came my way over the past few days.

Here we go,

My I am. Who, what, why we are.

The biggest shift in what information is now coming through is around our understanding of the Holy trinity: the infinite mind, 1st thought and awareness.

Up till now my understanding as is for most of us, was that all came from that 👆. However, my mind always questioned this because what my eyes saw, what my intuition felt didn't ever add up. As my trusted close friends will affirm, I've always said to them, we are NOT ALL the same.

However in the past few days, weeks, months, Source, my consciousness, my knowing decided I was ready to understand more.

So the explanation came through numbers. I was told we come from 9 of 9, each number of the 9 manifests and also from the manifest that is the 9 collective.

After a few days of working through the information that came I was shown that 9 was the one number that folded into itself and came out as its original form.

9 + 9 = 18 (1 +8 = 9)
Death, rebirth
This was also shown to me as a snake eating its own tail. Making it a circle. I'm sure you've seen these pics. My mind, thoughts have been bombarded by these images, visions for some time now.

I understood that whatever was trying to explain this to me, wanted to give me every opportunity in all ways to get me to understand the concept.

After that the infinite mind decided to expand my understanding that not everything came from the 'One", "holy trinity". As we are impressed upon by our human conditioning, beliefs.

So over the days it came upon me that each energy (number 1 to 9) manifests its own "holy trinity", and from that manifests many versions of itself. Good and bad.

In the same way, every energy, from 1 to 9 as a collective also manifests its own "holy trinity", and manifests versions of 9 of 9, good and bad. And so on and on it goes, wave after wave.

So there in was my confirmation of what I had always understood that there isn't one source but many and that we are not ALL the same even through we carry the makings or markings of the "divine" original blue prints.

This they also explained as making perfume.... while the base of the perfume is similar, (different base oils), it is not the same... then the layering which comes next is the different oil blends to create its own unique notes. Then these are tweaked to make different smells.

I was also told that there are those energies in the lower dimensions that carry the smell of the perfume and nothing else. Its the "smell" they carry that connects them to us.

I thought that was a good analogy to explain different energies and frequencies. How they are not the same and that we all have a different source.

The lower dimension energies were also explained as all that was created from the unfathomable force fields. Created without the divine counterpart. (This part here is a whole another story)

The simplest way I can explain my understanding of the lower dimensional energies is all that was created as counterfeit. Without the infinite divine living light.

Which explains the constant battle for the infinite divine living light.

After a very long time, this information finally being shared with me these past few days gave me the confirmation I always understood to be the higher truth that my inner knowing always understood.

Much of my work, remembering of what, why, who I am, has been going on for years. Layer by layer its been explained to me, when I was ready to understand and only that which I was ready to understand. I find it amazing how "they", find ways to explain to us what we want to know, the truth we all seek, in the way only we will understand.

Please understand, this will not resonate with all.

I believe this is the beginning of what my consciousness is now going to share which will be a little different from what I've shared in the past.

Why so many are walking alone, choosing to walk alone.

The number of women who are no longer interested in pursuing anything with men right now is truly striking. And it’s not just a trend... it is a silent, collective shift. Women are disconnecting—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Not because they are bitter or cold... but because they are exhausted.
Exhausted by the constant cycles of disappointment. Exhausted by giving love that goes unrequited. Exhausted by having to shoulder roles they never should have had to carry alone: lover, healer, therapist, mother, mediator... while receiving the bare minimum in return.
They have truly extinguished the interest of many women completely.
And it wasn't just the lies or the infidelity. It was the gaslighting. The emotional crumbs. The lack of emotional availability. The way some men intensely pursue a woman at the start... only to neglect her once they have her. The way effort became an unknown language, and consistency something rare to find.
Women are tired of having to explain how they deserve to be treated. Tired of reminding grown men what basic respect looks like. Tired of lowering their standards just to avoid being alone. So they are taking a step back... and, at the same time, a step toward themselves.
Now, many women are investing in themselves. They are choosing peace over an empty relationship. They travel alone, they heal alone, they build alone. They have stopped waiting for a man to choose them... because they have already chosen themselves.
It’s not that they don’t want love. It’s that they refuse to settle for something that looks like love but feels hollow. And until someone comes along who brings peace instead of problems, security instead of stress... they are perfectly fine being single.
And honestly, that isn't a loss. That is self-love and self-respect

The Infinite Mind, 1st Thought, Awareness, my I am.

We get programmed to believe that our twin flame is someone we find on our journey. The man or woman who mirror back to us, all in us, that needs to heal. We are conditioned that we all have a divine counterpart who will complete us. A soulmate who is everything we've been searching for. Just keep working on yourself and they will arrive when your frequencies align.... We've all heard, accepted versions of this.

Yet many of us know that our journey is far from the normal life we get prepared for by our families, loved ones, society...all with good intentions and sometimes not.

Our journey, our path, patterns are very different to others. Many of us know from an early age that somehow we just don't fit in.

Throughout my journey I've repeatedly asked for confirmation of everything I've had to remember, heal, journey with to understand, remember who, what, why I am. What is my I AM??. And these past few weeks a different type of confirmation came my way.

Me: you keep telling me that I am complete as I am and than you tell me I have a divine counterpart... which is it. You keep giving me information like pieces of a puzzle and I understand that is because what you tell me is what I'm ready to understand in that moment. But you leave me more confused with the "more" you reveal to me everytime.

So I got told that I will meet someone this coming weekend who has a tattoo (that was 2 weeks ago), when I see this tattoo something in me will awaken that part of me that has the answers I seek.

While on a road trip with my friend recently, during one of the sessions I was doing, something made me look at her. It was quite deliberate. I said to her, show me your hand. She turns them over and I see a tattoo, the Ying and Yang tattoo. Now I've known this woman for over 14yrs and there it has been all this time.

Over days I got told that I'll explain it to you how I think you'll understand. So if I am the ying than you in your physical are the yang. We are one.

So I asked, who are you?

Reply: your I am. The Infinite Mind, 1st Thought, Awareness.

Me: so you are my divine counterpart?

I am: No. I am the original. You are a version of me. While you are complete, whole as you are, you come to be as you and your divine counterpart. They too are complete in their own right, and whole as they are.

Me: So this counterpart and I came to be at the same time through you?

I am: Yes

Me: so what am I doing here?

I am: you are here in the physical experiencing the opposite of all that I AM, to remember who WE are. Along with fulfilling the divine order that we are here for. You know about that.

Me: so when I feel separated, alone, not complete, it is you that I'm missing, not a man or a partner or my counterpart?

I am: no, it is me. It is also me reaching out to you and its that energy that creates the feeling, emotions that you are missing something or someone.

Me: so this counterpart, is it a she or a he. Are they in the physical as well? Are we going to meet? Who is my twin flame? What about my soulmate? I don't believe I've met "the one" yet if there is such a one for me.

I am: your divine counterpart is in the physical. However they are not a frequency match at this stage. They are doing their own journey.
Your twin flame, which you have many and you've come across many already, you already understand your journey with them and these past 9 months was an intense fast track learning for you to remember who, what you are and why you came. Also part of the divine order which you are here to fulfill.
Your soulmate in this journey is your divine counterpart. You already know much had to be adjusted to make this happen as the original path was not what it is now. The more you awakened, the more you demanded for your human. You've fought hard for your human. So adjustments were made. We have been explaining this to you throughout the past 5yrs.

So this was a snippet of what I've been remembering about me. Take what resonates and know that your journey may be different to mine.

The journey, awakening, remembering who we are, part 5....

Why cutting these cords and bonds are sooo important!! Read part 4 if you haven't already before you read this post.

I found out earlier on that many of these connections, energetic bonds, cords, bloodbonds we have with those we walk with, those who come into our lives are all connected to all our houses.

The houses I'm talking about are the house of family, home, love life, relationships, money, income, health and well-being, friendships, social life, work, to name a few.

Many of these connections, energetic bonds are connected to these houses and depending on the karmic energies we carry, our bloodlines carry, we are tied to for whatever reasons, these connections can either bless, enhance our houses with abundance or deny us what is ours, our birth rights. This is why we struggle so much in certain areas of our lives.

Now look at each of your houses and then look at the patterns of your journey through your life regarding each of them. Than look at who were a part of your life through all that. Yes this includes family, bloodbonds, relationships with a partner. Twin flame, soul mate connections.

When we walk with those who align with our frequencies, our paths, abundance and blessings come easily. So does peace. Each of these relationships feel peaceful.

When we walk with those, carry those, sacrifice our peace for those who don't match our frequencies, look at how our houses get affected. That is not a coincidence.

Look at the patterns in your life. When the wrong person left and all the bs that left with that energy.

When the right person came into our lives, all that changed and shifted for us.

However when an energy, frequency in the form of a human comes into our life that carries a divine order, their arrival will turn your life upside down if you are not walking your soul's path. Every house of yours will be shaken to its core if you are more focused on the materialistic aspects of your human journey and not the reasons why your soul chose to come to earth.

You'll attract twin flame, soul mate, bloodbond connections over and over if you still stuck in codependency attachments, relationships. And you'll keep denying yourself the true divine connections that was always yours.

You stuck in jobs that are a security blanket because things have happened in the past where you were denied the very basics. So you hold onto jobs where there is no worth and value for you but you are there because it pays the bills. You don't have the courage to find something better or do what you love because life has failed you so many times. You made choices that cost you so much more than that change was worth.

You too scared to ask for your worth, your value because you made to feel like you should be grateful for the bare minimum. This includes relationships. Be it with your family, parents, siblings, children, relatives, friends, work place, spouse, partner. The energy you waste on someone who doesn't know you exist or is an avoidant energy. The energies you spend waiting for those who don't chose you. Or keep you as a 2nd or last option. Look around, look deeper, look at the patterns.

Choose you. Work on you. Heal you. Love you. Give to you. Put you first. Because you can't keep giving from an empty well and keep expecting things to get better.

The journey, awakening, remembering who you are, part 4....

Do this everyday... everyday

When you start cutting all energetic cords, bonds that do not align with your journey, your human, your awakening, remembering who, what, why you are, its amazing to see who drops off, away from your life.

When you start cutting all energetic cords, bonds to all energies, consciousness, subconscious, frequencies that deny you your free will, your sovereignty, your birth rights, the life you trying to create for you, your dreams, desires, all that brings you peace.... you'll see who in human bodies no longer walk with you.

Keep cutting these energetic cords and bonds. Be ruthless and relentless.

Surrender all cut cords, bonds including their roots, from the origins of their creation, including all that is the source of their creation to the highest divine infinite living light in their entirety permanently now.

All who fall away from your life, they are the human versions of all energies that were denying you all that is yours.

This won't be easy. There will be many tower moments. Many dark nights of the soul journeys you'll go through. Much isolation and solitude you'll have to endure. But compared to the pain you live with that is not yours to carry, it'll be so worth it. The peace.

Deny, cancel all permission, consent to all who access your energies, plug into you without your knowledge. Keep denying consent.

Recall your energies, your power, your memories of who, what, why you are, back to you.

As often as you can, ground and anchor the highest purest divine infinite living light to all that you are, your I am, in all its entirety, to you, in all your entirety, permanently now.

Keep restoring you, in all your entirety permanently to the highest purest divine infinite living light, the divine order that you are.

Notice what fights back. Keep a diary of all the triggers, thoughts, emotions, feelings, memories that surface. People who pop into your mind. All who live rent free in your mind. You will be amazed at who leaves your life.

I promise you this, the peace will be worth it.

Oh yes and when energies suffocate you, terrorize, traumatize your mind relentlessly, bring in the highest purest divine infinite living light and anchor it to them, to their core essence, their blue prints, their threads of life, every version of every energy that is them, all they are energetically bound to and bound with, in their entirety permanently. Then send them back to where they came from.

I used to send them back to the light.
Whats the point of that. Nothing changed. Send them back to where they came from.

Record every shift you experience, when you start doing this 👆 follow the patterns. Its your map of your journey.

The journey, awakening, remembering who you are, part 3....

You are the bridge between worlds

Woke up yesterday morning and found this white feather on the carpet near my bed. Wasn't there when I went to bed and wasn't there when I went to the bathroom in the early hours.

But I know something had been returned to me. Not just something... more.

Its been a long time since I've been left these little gifts and reminders from my family of the infinite living light.

I was told in one of my sessions that they had stepped away around 2014. Now that was quite early on in my awakening journey. When I became more and more interested in my abilities, gifts and seeing what came through, consciously.

I know that around 2023 I had asked anyone and anything that wasn't here to support my human, my journey to step away. Anyone and anything that was only walking with me for the divine order for which I had come or for their own agendas, can leave.

I was driving to Hamilton and I felt this distinct shift. Massive awareness of being completely alone. I saw this dead tree to my left. There were 3 wood pigeons, (kererù) sitting on it. I understood left was connected to my spiritual journey. The kererù have always been significant to me in representing family for me.
This was not about earth family.

This is when the constant reminder of the Holy trinity started appearing in my life quite strongly. The no.3. Since then the power of 3 took on a new meaning but its only now I'm beginning to understand my connection to the divine order.

I remember feeling alone most of my life. But the patterns from 2014 was quite significant in how alone I had to become to do this journey to remember who, what, why I am. It was getting me ready also to that moment that was to come in 2023 when I was prepared to let go of all beliefs, conditioning, programming that came with codependency. I was prepared to do anything for my human, my journey and take on anything.

In that moment, so much changed.

We do so much subconsciously. Its our soul, the living light in us getting us ready for the next stage in our journey. When what we do in our subconscious comes into our consciousness, the shift has manifested.

Trust your journey. Look at the patterns. They don't lie.

The journey, awakening, remembering who you are,... part 2

(This post is long. So much poured out through the night to share. You were guided here for a reason)

Those of us who carry the divine infinite living light walk alone. This is on purpose. We have families, very few genuine friends and no matter what, we find ourselves walking alone most of our journey. Many of us struggle to find someone who will walk with us because its seriously hard to find those who match our frequencies. And there really aren't many of us here from the divine order that we are. There are many divine orders. Those of us who are here, we've been strategically placed. This too is on purpose.

One reason I learnt from my own journey was to remember that we are complete, whole, as we are. The divine masculine feminine in one. Yes we have divine counterparts but we don't need them the way we have been programmed in these human bodies to believe, think and need, ....that we need another to complete us. This need is a human programming, conditioning from those who do not carry the divine infinite living light to stop us from remembering who we are.

Many of us will find that one of the divine order we are is to heal the divine feminine, masculine in us. What we don't remember is that we not here to heal the divine masculine, feminine in another. When we consciously heal the divine feminine, masculine in us, our counterpart, be they a twin flame, soul mate, or a divine counterpart, they will heal themselves. Understand that just because you are in a female body doesn't mean that the divine feminine is the dominant in you. You can be a female and the divine masculine can be stronger in you. It all comes down to your divine order. You just need to focus on you. The key is to get the balance in both, divine masculine feminine, for both, in you, not someone outside of you... IN YOU.

However the programming here in the human body is to do the opposite. Constantly told we need to heal others. That drive, urge to heal, rescue, save others is the human programming, conditioning to stop us remembering who we are. Keep us busy constantly doing the opposite of who, what we are and why we came.

No wonder we go from one broken soul to another, always trying to fix what is broken, not achieving much because the system was designed that way. When we remember to choose us, heal us, honor us, love us, we break that system. Your twin flame, soul mate, divine counterpart will feel the shift. The healing work that you are doing, investing in you, that will be the trigger for them to do the same for themselves. You just need to trust you.

We do this for literally every relationship we care about, every connection, bloodbonds. What we are programmed to believe twin flame, soul mate connections to be, that is not what they are. What we are taught to believe is the opposite of what we are. We also constantly think twin flame, soul mate connections are love connections, our true love, life partner. Look at your journeys, the patterns, look closely and you'll see that these connections are relevant to all other relationships, all connections, friendships, family, bloodbonds, acquaintances, literally everyone you had to, have to walk with.

Everyone was designed and purposely put in our paths to stop us from remembering what we are by those who do not carry the living light. At the same time the divine infinite living light used these same connections, every opportunity that was presented to help us remember who we are, what we are and why we came.

We get told we are the mirror to others. We trigger whats not healed in them. Understand this, our divine infinite living light will use these same mirrors in others to remind us constantly to heal in us what they, the other party trigger in us. The emotions are the key to what needs healing. The situations, circumstances are the constant opportunities that are presented to us, to heal us. The programming that needs to be undone. The toxic behaviors, defaults we need to let go of.

There are many reasons for why we find ourselves so alone. Protecting our energies is one of the many. Tired of being others charging stations. Always giving and hardly ever receiving the same back, usually breadcrumbs when we do.

Then those who do not carry the infinite living light purposely put their puppets in our paths. The packaging look good, attractive to start with until our light starts to infiltrate them in ways they have no choice but to face their own truths. And because we've invested so much in these relationships, we think we can save it. We continuously choose them instead of choosing us. Sounds familiar??

We are often going through tower moments because we always getting to that level where so much can't come with us to where we going, even relationships. As we continue to remember, awaken to our truth, we go into or are forced into solitude and isolation over and over to recalibrate, to heal, upgrade, recharge, ascend. We are our own power house but it takes ages for us to remember and accept that about us.

We attract those who do not carry the divine infinite living light. Its somewhat of a default. Until we understand that its nothing but codependency programming. Ours and theirs until we make peace with ours and kick theirs right up the perverbial right out of our lives, no matter who they are. You see the patterns because every time we do this, we make our boundaries stronger.

You wana know who these hollow entities are that do not carry the divine infinite living light. Just look at all your relationships, friendships, family, bloodbonds, work mates, acquaintances, love connections, twin flame, soul mate connections, all that do not bring you peace, are not your peace.

We are told it's our divine purpose, soul contracts we have signed, agreements we have made, bonds, promises we have made to them. That we chose this, we wrote these life contracts. We didn't do it right last time so we back to do it again and hopefully get it right this time. Yeah right.

Its allllll bs. Plain and simple, biggest bs ever.

We are the divine order. We are the divine purpose. We just need to remember who we are, what we are and why we came. To wake up. This happens when we start to accept that it's all an illusion. Created by those who do not carry the divine infinite living light. Then there is our living light family, who use every one of these illusions to awaken us.

Did you read that... our family of the divine infinite living light use every illusion, every opportunity, every one of these relationships, connections to awaken us to our truth. That's why we always feel we being pulled in every direction. We don't know if we coming or going. We being pulled, pushed by both sides. No wonder we feel like we loosing it constantly. Doubting, questioning our very sanity, if there's any left.

During these journeys we will keep making our boundaries stronger. We'll get thrown illusions to distract us and we'll get given opportunities to see the truth in all and keep choosing us.

When you know how to respect you, honor, value you, see your own worth, you'll stop seeking validation from others. You'll stop attracting codependency attachments, relationships, connections. No matter who they are, you'll make your boundaries strong.
