And I used to think that wasn’t enough.
That if I couldn’t do it properly, I shouldn’t bother.
Skip the workout because there’s only 20 minutes.
Abandon the day’s eating because lunch wasn’t perfect.
Start again Monday.
Sound familiar?
Here’s what 22 years in this industry has taught me 🗣️
the women who stay consistent aren’t the ones with the most time or the perfect meal plan.
They’re the ones who stopped waiting for the right moment
and started showing up in the one they had.
✨Twenty minutes counts.
✨A walk counts.
✨A nourishing meal when the rest of the day was chaos, counts.
✨Doing what you can, with what you have, right now, counts.
Progress doesn’t live in perfect sessions or perfect eating days.
It lives in the ones you ‘almost’ didn’t bother with.
So if today is messy and short and a bit cobbled together…same. 🫶
You’re still showing up. And every little counts ✨
