The Reiki Master Retreat was held at on Saturday 💖

The Reiki Master Retreat is level 3a and the final initiation of the Reiki Training series.

We started with some sharing, a cacao ceremony, journaling, a card pull, some discussion, the reiki master attainment, and of course some juicey Reiki healing.

We also discuss the final master symbol Dai Ko Myo and its meaning.

It can be a step outside of the comfort zone to come to a training, but it’s incredible how quickly the day becomes fun, interesting and easier than you think.

🩵 An end of era 🩵

It’s with both sadness and anticipation to announce that I will be closing down my healing business over the next 4 months. The Reiki trainings over the next few months (up to June) will be my final trainings.

After 5 years of growing the most amazing little business, I’ll be sad to no longer be working in this energy healing space, but Reiki will continue to be a daily ritual and something that has allowed me to connect in very beautiful ways with a huge community of amazing people. Thank you for everyone who has come to a class, workshop, training, event or healing 🫶🏼

This change will allow me to step into my new project, Betty Bars , a plant based protein bar designed for women. This new change will mean I can dedicate the time and energy it needs to thrive. Watch this space!
