Focus your mindset on what you can do better and start actioning on it.
Don’t allow negativity to becloud your sense of judgement and focus
You can stay sane by staying positive.
Remember keep the laughter on your face always for it is your greatest strength and charm to attract more positive people and good things into your life
This is not the time to keep negative thoughts.

Dear Adults in relationships

Malice keeping is also another form of domestic violence.
The best bet is to have conversations around each party’s frustrations and find solution to them.

Normalise talking therapy as a way of resolving your conflicts. Don’t keep quiet, just talk about it.

No healthy relationship can endure emotional distance and torture.
If you are done take a walk instead of choosing malice as option.

You may not like the end of the drama.
So think twice before you act stupid
Protect what you have, make best use of it before it slips away.

Reality sets in as soon as you can imagine
