The Yoghurt Capsule contains chicory root extract, a natural substance made from the roots of the chicory plant. The extract is mostly made of inulin, a prebiotic which travels through your digestive system without being digested, feeding your good gut bacteria.

We're curious- have any of you tried chicory root before? You can use it as a caffeine free coffee replacement, or to add creaminess and sweetness to dairy products.
