Nish Helping our parents & grandparents-
Stay Independent! Get Strong💪🏼
Keep and Build Muscle

Every time our mums have a fall, people treat it like an “event”

And as they should. Its really important that we manage and prevent falls. Especially if its already happened once

But the reality is, our mums have a fall because they were already weak, had lost muscle and become frail

Our generation of mums and grand mums got terrible diet and exercise advice, they were told to keep their bodies small and eat less, rather than get strong and eat well

They deserve better advice, but also, they deserve earlier care!

Mindset Hurdle 🧠
If you’re over 60 — your mindset might be keeping you weak.
We hear it constantly:
📌“I’m too old.” “It’s too late.”
📌“Nothing works.”
None of it is true.
Research proves people over 60 can build serious strength and muscle. People are transforming their health well into their 80s.
Shift your mindset → change your life.
At Pete Health, we help people over 60 rewrite how they age. đź’Ş

If you’re over 60, progressive strength training isn’t optional, it’s essential.
âś…Muscle is your insurance policy.
âś…Stronger legs.
âś…Better balance.
âś…Fewer falls.
âś…More independence.
🤝Train to live well, not just longer.

We know now that lifting 1kg weights doesn’t cut it

But most senior group classes still focus on really light weights.

This is why most people don’t make progress and are stuck

Preventing falls, preserving muscle and building strength requires stimulus, for the body to change

1kg weights just won’t cut it

The research backs this! Its time we increase intensity and increase the quality of life of the people who matter most.

The best part- it’s basically risk free.

Creatine can genuinely make a big impact on your life, especially after 60.

As we age, muscle loss isn’t just about strength… it affects balance, independence, energy and overall quality of life.

Research-backed supplementation like creatine has been shown to support muscle strength, power and recovery in older adults.

If you’re over 60, or you love someone who is, this is worth paying attention to.

Send this to someone who needs to stay strong for the long run. đź’Ş
