We use the power of music to help and heal New Zealanders in need.

We develop & support projects that use music to help people in need across Aotearoa, including those suffering from health conditions, disabled people and people that are at-risk and vulnerable. We also provide counselling, wellbeing and emergency financial support to kiwi music workers experiencing illness, distress and hardship.

Singing has a beautiful way of bringing people together, lifting spirits and supporting wellbeing. MusicHelps is proud to support The Shed Project in Kāpiti, whose work creates opportunities for differently abled people through inclusion, training and employment.
Their Sound Minds project uses music to bring together people experiencing mental health challenges, providing a creative outlet and a supportive community. Music has the power to connect people, boost wellbeing, and create a sense of belonging.
