No bookings required for use of ice bath and other drop in services. These include use of grid roller, trigger point massage tools, Normatec Pro Compression Boots (booking required), free WI FI, Sony Bravia Internet TV, & complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate/ice cold water. Other services include sports massage and Physiotherapy through Sports Lab.
